Comfortable Rooms near the Sea
Comfortable rooms situated just a 3-minute walk from Hove seafront, a great place for strolling along the promenade into Brighton.
We have two rooms available, one single and one large double room which sleeps up to three people. Both rooms have a private bathroom and shower room. Continental breakfast is offered consisting of cereals, fresh breads, jams, good coffee and a selection of teas. In warm weather, breakfast can be eaten in our secluded garden.
Parking is not a problem with off-road parking for one car and more parking directly outside the property.
Our rooms are simple, clean, warm, and dry and all guests are given a friendly welcome.
Brighton and Hove has a multitude of cycle paths giving access along the coast and to the South Downs. We provide secure, safe cycle parking at the rear of the property.
Mainline railway stations are an easy walk, whilst regular bus services (every 5 minutes) stop at the end of our road.
Hove centre with its shops, restaurants, and bars is a short walk, whilst the centre of Brighton is a ten-minute bus ride.
Hove museum (a short walk) has regular art exhibitions, and the first floor houses the toy museum, a great favourite with children and adults alike
Hove lagoon, a 3-minute walk, has a sailing, windsurfing, and kite surfing school.
The South Downs, now designated a national park, is within easy reach for both walkers and cyclists.
The attractions of Brighton are too numerous to list, but all are within easy reach. Much better to leave the car safely parked and either walk or use public transport.
