A beautiful Victorian house with period features alongside the comforts of modern living. You will be greeted with a warm welcome by resident proprietors Hana and Steve. Located within minutes walk of the train station and bus. The town centre, beautiful, long, sandy beach, Shanklin Old Village and Shanklin Chine are only a short stroll away.

Our accommodation comprises of:-
•One family en-suite room which sleeps 4.
•One family suite which has a double room with an adjoining twin room. They share en-suite shower facilities.
•One en-suite room with 3 single beds.
•One en-suite double room
•One triple room (1 double bed, 1 single bed) with toilet and handbasin. Use of shared bathroom.
•One single room with handbasin. Use of shared bathroom.
•One ground-floor, en-suite, double room. This room has its own fridge, two-seater sofa and digital, freeview TV.
All of our rooms have tea/coffee making facilities, colour TVs and radio alarm clocks.

•We provide home cooking, freshly prepared, daily. We offer B & B; however, evening meals are available. These are priced at £8 per adult for 3 courses. Please enquire about our weekly half-board rates.

•Children (minimum age 6 years) are welcomed at half-price when sharing with an adult.

•We have a small car park.

•Car ferry discounts for departures from Lymington, Portsmouth and Southampton are available on request.

•Low Season - From £24 per person per night, bed and breakfast or £160 per person per week, bed and breakfast
•Mid Season - From £27 per person per night, bed and breakfast or £170 per person per week, bed and breakfast
•High Season - From £28 per person per night, bed and breaklfast or £180 per person per week, bed and breakfast

Three course evening meal - £8 per person.
