Lovely bed & breakfast accommodation in Whitstable

We are a bed and breakfast establishment based in Whitstable, we have a peaceful, rural setting within an urban area.

There are good communication links with London via National Express and all surrounding towns with local bus stops within a minutes walk.

We are extremely close to the Crab and Winkle Way which links Canterbury and Whitstable over the North Downs and is great for walking or cycling between both towns.

We are a family run bed and breakfast offering a friendly service in a relaxing environment close to the town of Whitstable with views over farmland and the North Downs.

All rooms are ensuite and contain sumptuously superking size doubles or twins.

All rooms rates include a continental breakfast comprising fresh fruit, yoghurt, muesli, cereal, croissants, juice, and tea and/or cafetiere coffee in our breakfast room looking over the North Downs.

Cooked breakfasts are available on request at an additional £5 per head.

Lunchboxes can be provided for £5 per head when requested the night before it is required and evening meals may be available, please ask if you require this service.

Private bathrooms are in every room and have space for a comfortable and relaxing stay. DVD and free wireless internet access is available together with tea and coffee making facilities. Iron and ironing board are available on request

A no-smoking policy applies in the house although there are ashtrays in the garden.

Ample parking is available on-site and not visible from the road.

There is a separate games room available with a pool table, dartboard, Freeview TV and DVD player together with tea and coffee making facilities

A guest living room is available with Sky TV, Wii, DVD player and books to borrow. Open fires are lit in the winter when requested for that extra cosy feel.
