The property is set in 5 acres of the north downs in an area of outstanding natural beauty, with magnificent views of the valley and the adjoining the nature reserve know for its wild life.
The house has many architectural features, including oak king posts minstrel gallery and large inglenook fireplace. The garden which is surrounded by magnificent views has a large lake and ponds.
Breakfast is serve in the elegant Victorian conservatory, each room is allocated its own table and guests have magnificent views of the valley and the garden, after breakfast take a stroll around our extensive landscape and see some of our exotic animals.
The Tudor room is an attractively decorated room with large en-suite shower room heavily beamed with pitch pine floors with four-poster bed. The family room can take two adults and two children is a delightful bright and sunny room this room also has an antique oak vanity washbasin unit with mirror and has its own private shower room.
The gallery room is a very pretty room heavily beamed with double bed and en-suite shower room and window over looking the beautiful valley and garden.
Breakfast a very substantial English breakfast is provided consisting of fruit juice, cereals, eggs (fried, scrambled or poached) bacon, sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes/beans, toast, marmalade, jams and a good choice of teas and coffee. The proprietor holds a certificate in food hygiene and handling of food.
