All rooms are en-suited, provided with freshly laundered towels on arrival, all rooms are tastefully decorated with TV’s, hospitality trays, Hair dryers, Alarm clocks. Complimentary toiletries. Wifi on request.

The light and airy dining room is the perfect place to enjoy our excellent home cooked meals and after you can sit and chat over coffee in the bar or out side in the garden. There is always a full English breakfast to start the day with.

We are in a much sought after area due to our excellent location in the select North Shore, just off the Promenade. Close to the Hilton hotel, Imperial hotel, Savoy Hotel and Gardens, With Spectacular Cliff Walks.

The Promenade and tram stop is 1-minute walk from us.

Blackpool's main attractions are but a short distance away. The Tower and North Pier are a 20 minute stroll along the promenade or the famous Blackpool trams are a mere 100 metres away ready to take you to the Pleasure Beach, shopping, nightlife, or alternatively, Fleetwood market and Fleetwood Freeport
