You will receive a very warm and friendly welcome from your hosts, Graham and Bridget, who are the proud owners for 23 years. They will give you their personal attention at all times to ensure your stay is enjoyable and memorable.

The Southview is centrally located 2 minutes from the Winter Gardens, Tower, Grand Theatre, Opera House, Houndshill Shopping Centre, Syndicate Venue, Funny Girls, Restaurants, Bars and 5 minutes from Blackpool Promenade/Beach.

All our en-suite bedrooms are tastefully decorated for your comfort and have Hospitality tray, Toiletries, Lcd Freeview Colour T.V., Hairdryer, Towels, Easy chair, Alarm clock and Full Central Heating. Ironing Facilities are available on request. Rooms are serviced daily.

All bedrooms are on 3 Floors. There are NO Lift Facilities, therefore the Hotel is not suitable for disabled persons, or anyone who has difficulty with stairs.

We have a selection of Double, twin, single and family bedrooms. All are non-smoking.

A Traditional Full Choice English Breakfast is served in our bright, spacious dining room with tables for 2.Evening meals can be booked on a daily basis. Special diets can be catered for by prior arrangement.

There is a small, cosy bar/T.V. lounge with FREE Wi-Fi, where you can enjoy a relaxing drink before hitting the town or have a nightcap before turning in.
We welcome families, couples, senior citizens and groups, but not Stag/Hen Parties.
Limited Reserved Parking is available. Blue Badge holders can park in the street all day for FREE. There is ample parking nearby for approx. £7 per day.
Late keys are provided for everyone.

Blackpool has a reputation for its outstanding nightlife. The Syndicate, Funny Girls and Sanuk are highly recommended. There are also many Traditional pubs, like Wetherspoons, Yates's Wine Lodge, Ma Kellys (new) and many more offering Free entertainment. Enjoy an excellent variety of Restaurants; Chinese, Indian, Thai, Italian and Traditional English at very respectable prices.

Other places of interest worth a visit are the Famous Pleasure Beach, Iconic Tower(now FREE entry), Sealife Centre, Louis Tussauds Waxworks-with the Chamber of Horrors, and the Golden Mile (especially during the Illuminations).Take a daytrip by tram to Fleetwood and stroll around the various markets and Freeport tax-free shopping centre.
