The Farmhouse Bed & Breakfast

Robbie and Michelle would like to welcome you to our lovely old Farmhouse, relax in our large comfortable rooms and enjoy the views of the countryside. Set in approximately 8 acres, half way between Kelsale and Yoxford, we are ideally situated for exploring all that the Suffolk Heritage coast has to offer, including the beautiful villages of Walberswick, Southwold and Dunwich, Minsmere Nature Reserve, Snape – with its world Famous Concert Hall, Aldeburgh and Thorpeness.

Families are welcome, we have kennels available for your dog and stables/grazing for your horse. There is ample private parking and hard standing for horse lorries or trailers.

Our Rooms
Double – with ensuite shower room. This light, triple aspect room, with views over the paddocks where you can see the horses and occasionally a barn owl, can be turned into a family room, on request, by adding a single bed or a cot. Facilities include TV, free Wi-Fi, iphone docking station and hairdryer. A selection of teas, coffees, hot chocolate, biscuits and fruit are available in your room free of charge.

Twin – with ensuite shower room. This dual aspect room has views over farmland and to the front of the property. A cot could be added to the room if required. Facilities include TV, free Wi-Fi, iphone docking station and hairdryer. A selection of teas, coffees, hot chocolate, biscuits and fruit are available in your room free of charge.

A full english or continental breakfast, fresh hot baked rolls and croissants, are included in the price. Cream teas are available with our speciality scones and home made cherry plum jam, hand picked from our own trees. Traditional home cooked evening meals are available on request.

Smoking is not permitted in the Farmhouse, however, we have a large patio area overlooking the garden and paddock where smoking is permitted.

You are welcome to sit and relax in our garden room with beautiful views across our land.

Pets
Here at the Farmhouse we welcome pets, however they are not allowed in the rooms. We have a kennel / run available at the side of the property which can be booked for your dog(s) and stables/ grazing available for those of you wishing to bring your horse on holiday.

All necessary vaccinations must be up to date, passports/vaccination cards must be produced, including vaccination against kennel cough.

We are a family run Bed and Breakfast and want you to feel that we are a home from home establishment, if you have any special request to make your stay more enjoyable please do not hesitate to ask.
