Period property in the heart of the village of Astwood Bank, close to shops, pubs and restaurants with the busy town of Redditch just down the road. Also nearby is Birmingham, Worcester, Stratford on Avon (the Royal Shakespeare Theatre will re-open very shortly) The Cotswolds, Cheltenham, Warwick and the lovely stately homes Coughton Court (where the gunpowder plot was hatched) and Ragley Hall.

Just a few steps from Vine Cottage and you are in the beautiful Worcestershire countryside.

Vine Cottage is home from home, the bedrooms are tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and Egyptian cotton bedlinen. There is a resident's lounge with log fire which is as comfortable and cosy as anywhere you will ever find! There is free internet access and we will do everything possible to ensure you enjoy your stay.

The area is a paradise for walkers and for exploring - try the walk from the Jinney Ring Craft Centre up to Hanbury Church - you will be rewarded with beautiful views when you reach the church. Just a few minutes walk from Vine Cottage will take you to The Stables Farm Shop with spectacular views over the surrounding countryside and a lovely tearoom where you can sit outside and drink in the atmosphere.

You can pop down the road (just a few steps) to The Oddfellows Arms where they keep a good pint and serve lovely food. In fact, there is everything you need right on the doorstep - there is a theatre and cinema in Redditch, Studley which is only 1 mile away has a very good Indian Restaurant as well as Thai, Chinese and English food. There is an Indian Fusion restaurant in Astwood Bank as well as a Chinese take-away - whether you are on business or just exploring the area we are perfectly situated for your needs.
