Situated in small hamlet with easy access to village, larger towns and autoroute.
Comfortable accommodation in recently renovated farmhouse, large enclosed walled garden and superb swimming pool. South facing aspect so ideal garden to take the sun or even have breakfast on the patio

Small dogs welcome but not in the bedrooms - they can remain in one area of the house or I have a pen which can be used

Continental style Breakfast included with fresh bread and pastries from local boulangerie and evening meal or lunch can be made available on request at reasonable rates.

Linen and towels included - swimming towels also provided. hairdryers and plenty of coat hangers. Iron and ironing board available too

Breakfast served or provided buffet style to allow you flexibility and perhaps a long awaited lie-in!

Ideal location to break your journey if travelling to and from South or Spain. Quiet peaceful spot - lots of walks in the area to enjoy

For those wanting to stay in the area house hunting assistance can be given if required

Single visited most welcome also and arrangements can be made for collection from airports and train stations

Easy access from the accommodation to Futuroscope and the Atlantic beaches at La Rochelle, Il de Re

There ia a lake with sandy beach, children’s playground and fishing within walkin distance.

For horse riders there is an Equestrian Centre also in walking distance.
The local Chateau at Cherveux 15th Century open for visitors at weekends and it has connections to Clan Cunningham

Guided tours can be arrange with native speaker to Niort
