A quiet, 70s design B&B with breathtaking views

The house is about 15 minutes drive from the main Bologna motorway exit of Casalecchio and from Bologna city. We are located in the peaceful countryside on the gentle panoramic hills above the noise and heat of the city.

Our small B&B has large and bright rooms all with en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, lcd tv. free wi-fi.

The house with its original 1960's and 1970's interior design, has been totally renovated in 2010 in order to provide our guests with high comforts.

During the summer you can take advantage of our garden, where you can relax or enjoy breakfast under the shade of the trees.

Breakfast is included in the price of the room.. We can also provide organic breakfast upon request.
A kitchen is available for guests who needs it, but it’s nevertheless true that the area is full of very good traditional restaurants. We are more than happy to give recommendations about it!
Moreover, if you are interested in learning how to roll out pastry and make tasty tagliatelle and delicious tortellini. we can organize traditional cooking class for you. Just ask us, we'll let you know all the details about it.

--Plenty of parking is available in our safe, dead-end street but we also have a private parking.
--Fresh linens and towels are provided
--Check in and check out time: we try to be as much flexible as we can, so just tell us what are your needs about it
--Smoking is not allowed in the rooms and in the house. If you smoke, you are welcome to do so in the yard or in the terrace or in the garden.
--Children: we welcome parents with babies and well behaved children - however - we would say our design house is not so suitable for the highly active child that still likes to run around in the house. Thank you for your understanding of this as you consider requesting a reservation.
--We like to host folks that enjoy getting a good night of rest, so we appreciate guests that will agree on being quieter after 11:00pm.
----We've lived and traveled all over Europe and abroad and know what it's like to be in an unfamiliar place. If there's anything you need assistance with, just ask. We're happy to help!
