Las Vistas Bed and Breakfast is a small house with just three comfortable rooms. This means we can give you a personalized and friendly service, which we know will make your stay in Cantabria memorable. We adapt easily to the needs and likes of each guest or group of guests. Whilst you are here you will be the centre of attention and we will do our best to make you happy.

Guest Access
Here in Las Vistas our guests and visitors are able to use the house freely as if it were their own home. If you would like to make yourself a cup of tea, laze in the living room or on one of the patios you will be most welcome to do so. We shall do our best to offer you whatever you require.

Interaction With Guests
Very quickly, as we get to know each guest we begin to see how much help he/she needs from us. Our intention is to make you feel happy; if you need us we are there, but if you prefer to be more independent we shall respect that too. After all you are our guests and our desire is to make your stay here a happy experience.

The Neighbourhood
All of Cantabria and indeed the north of Spain is immensely beautiful. Where we live here in Las Vistas is no exception. On the edge of a small village surrounded by fields, yet within walking distance of a small town, we are situated in a privileged situation. Besides and within 20 minutes we have the attractive city of Santander, its airport and ferry services, trains and buses to all parts of Spain, and if that is not enough, we have an innumerable number of beaches which offer hours of relaxation and enjoyment in summer and in winter. This must be one of the most unspoilt parts of Europe. Come and share all this with us!

Getting Around
Access to and from Santander is excellent. There is an international airport with low-cost flights to many European cities, a train station with services to within Spain and outside. There are very frequent ferry services to Great Britain, not to mention bus services which run regularly to cities in Spain with connections into France and Portugal.

Our Rooms

El pueblo: A spacious, light and quiet room downstairs with its own bathroom, study table, armchair, coffee/tea maker and attractive views of the village of Valdecilla.

Los castaños: This east- facing room is light and warm with two single beds study table and coffee/tea maker. It has its own bathroom. The thick stone walls make this room warm and pleasant all through the year.

Santa Marina: A quiet, cosy room with two single beds and its own bathroom. There are views over the garden to the distant, tiny village of Santa Marina.

Other Things To Note
We pride ourselves on our personal services and enjoy making each guest as happy as possible.

Unfortunately we have say we do not like smoking inside the house, but we will always do our best to accommodate to guests´ requirements.
