Zalamera is about conscious decisions, we choose quality over quantity - what we do, we like to do well. We do our best to make our guests feel good by providing healthy local food, a stylish and homey atmosphere, informal among each other as well as our guests, and keeping their environmental footprint small.

We attach importance to the sustainability and support of small local entrepreneurs. The water here is heated by bio fuel and all spaces have LED-lighting that saves energy, we use ecological and local products as much as we can.

Food that is served at breakfast comes from local suppliers so it is always fresh, and imported products such as coffee and chocolate are fair-trade and ecological.

Zalamera offbeat concept encourages urban slow tourism, regardless of being in the city we bring you genuine experience, away from big parties and huge, touristic activities. We are located in the city centre, right in between the historical old city of Valencia and the exciting area Russafa, very easy to reach with a direct connection from Valencia airport, and a 3-minute walk from train and metro stations.

Guests can rent one of the on-site bikes to go to the beach, or explore the city of Valencia. We provide you accommodation for comfortable recreation away from busy streets, but at the same time, you can reach everything just in a few minutes.

Zalamera Bed & Breakfast is housed in a beautiful building with a facade from 1880, and has brand new rooms and facilities. The interior design combines art deco elements, natural materials and plants, creating a classy yet homely atmosphere.

A terrace or patio is featured in certain rooms. Every room is fitted with free WiFi, air conditioning, a heating system and a private or shared bathroom. Extramurs is a great choice for travellers interested in the old town, gourmet food and shopping.
