We are an eco friendly bed and breakfast and your shower is powered by the sun. We have an organic garden where you are welcome to help yourself to summer fruits.

Find a nice spot to relax in the sun or in wet weather enjoy a good book by the wood burning stove.

There are a variety of room options to choose from, double, single and shared three bed for single travellers.

West Cork is steeped in history, you can visit many local places of interest including stone circles and standing stones.

A short walk from Bellatrix through the forest will take you to a secluded cove where it is wonderful to swim in the summer.

Whales, dolphins and seals are frequently seen in the waters off the West Cork coast and it can be an unforgettable experience to get up close and personal with these amazing creatures.

Ireland is well known for the music and 'craic' in the pubs and a visit to McCarthys Bar is an absolute must.
