Brae House Bed & Breakfast is a unique, detached, modern villa situated on the western edge of the picturesque town of Aberfeldy, only a short walk from a wide choice of shops, galleries, cafes and restaurants.

The property is set in an elevated position, with panoramic views over the River Tay and the mountains beyond, it provides a luxurious and peaceful base in which to unwind and explore the beautiful Highlands of Perthshire, Scotland.

We have two smart, stylish guest rooms on the first floor, which are light and spacious, with en-suite shower and bathroom facilities, luxurious soft towels, bath robes and toiletries.

Both bedrooms have luxurious, comfortable, super king-size beds, becoming singles if required, with fresh white bed linen. There are flat screen LCD televisions with integrated DVD players and clock radios with i-Pod docks. Hair dryers, mineral water, tea and coffee facilities are all standard contributing to a restful and enjoyable stay.

Relax and unwind in the gallery sitting room whilst reflecting on the breathtaking views of Ben Lawers, Perthshire’s highest mountain and the surrounding countryside. You can still stay in touch with business and home with our free WiFi Broadband.

Brae House Bed & Breakfast is perfectly placed for some of Perthshire’s famous walks and gardens, in particular trace the steps of Robert Burns as you walk up through the Birks ‘o Aberfeldy to the Falls of Moness. Nearby is Aberfeldy’s 18-hole golf course straddling both sides of the River Tay. For the more adventurous there is an exciting choice of outdoor activities, which include kayaking, canyoning, gorge walking and white-water rafting.

Those who wish to participate in more leisurely pursuits might want to indulge in salmon or trout fishing (permits can be arranged), clay shooting or take a step back in time to The Crannog Centre, a reconstruction of an Iron Age loch dwelling.
Brae House is within easy reach of Perth, Edinburgh and Glasgow and only a short drive from Pitlochry and its popular festival theatre.
