Turtle Hill is a beautiful 130 year-old Victorian Farm House that has been lovingly restored to its original splendor with all updated amenities. This beauty sits on 38 acres of wooded land just six short miles from Cooperstown's museums, Otsego Lake, the lovely Susquehanna River and, of course, Dreams Park and the Baseball Hall of Fame.

If you are looking for something as perfect as a Hilton or as grand as the Bellagio, you won't find it here. There are very few rooms with even floors, most creek under foot, and the wear and tear of 130 years of living have purposely been left to see. So, kick back and enjoy life as it was in 1880's but with the luxury of the 21st century. We are committed to making your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. In doing so, the following amenities are offered:

One booking at a time in order to give all of our attention to you.

Choice of one of two rooms. One with a beautiful antique brass standard bed or one with a newer queen sleigh bed. If you are booking more than two people in our party, both rooms will be available at an extra charge.

Overhead fans in every room.

Private bath with whirlpool tub and separate shower.

Access to several common areas (inside and outside) where you can sit and listen to music, read, and just simply relax.

Direct TV in each room.

Wireless Internet provided by Hughesnet. (Some restrictions regarding downloads)

A gourmet continental breakfast each morning. (Let us know if you are allergic to certain foods.)

An 'in-room' refrigerator with beer, wine, and soft drinks. (No extra charge.)

A private boat tour of Otsego Lake can be provided at an extra charge.

Private fishing trips can be arranged with advanced notice.

The Gray Room offers a very charming antique double bed dating back to the 1800's. The room has satellite television, a dresser, an armour and a stocked refrigerator to add all the comforts of home.

$130.00 per night plus tax. Based on double occupancy.

The Ivory Room has a lovely queen size sleigh bed with a dresser and armour. Satellite television and a refrigerator (stocked) are provided for your enjoyment. This room has a bay window for reading, relaxing or simply looking over the garden and grounds.

$140.00 per night plus tax. Based on double occupancy.
