The Mantissa Executive Suites & Spa is a boutique hotel catering to travellers who appreciate unrivalled hospitality and luxurious amenities. Its owners are a mix - a doctor, some entrepreneurs, and business professionals who have travelled the world and brought fresh ideas to the table about what luxurious hotel stays should resemble.

They wanted their upscale Hartsville hotel to have the amenities of a state-of-the-art home in a creative atmosphere that reflected the Southern charm of historic downtown Hartsville, SC. These creative ideas culminated in The Mantissa hotel, bringing you the best Southern comfort of hotels in South Carolina's Pee Dee area.

The Mantissa offers 17 premium suite accommodation, all unique and all exclusive. All suites are furnished with full kitchens, Sleep number beds, HD Smart TV's, and free WiFi.

Spa Soleil is our on-site full service medical/health spa. There is a full service up-scale restaurant, Sam Kendall's, on site for your dinning pleasure.

The Mantissa also offers a Rooftop bar and venue for our guests and this space is available to lease for your private functions. Additionally, we provide access to the local YMCA across the street.

Rooms available include: balcony suite, double queen suite, executive double queen suite, executive king and queen suite, executive king suite, and king suite. Check in at the Mantissa is at 3:00 pm. and check out starts at 11:00 am.

The Mantissa requires a minimum of 24-hour notice prior to your scheduled arrival date. Reservations not cancelled 24-hours prior to your arrival date will be subject to one night's suite and tax charge. Deposit-a valid credit card is required for all reservations. The credit card is used to hold the suite and will not be charged at the time the reservation is made. Payment will be required upon check-in. All reservations are guaranteed. Taxes - There is a 3% local accommodations tax and an 9% sales tax.

Occupancy - All rates are based on double occupancy. Children Free. Up to 2 children less than 13 years of age stay free of charge when using existing beds. Any additional older children or adults are charged $25.00 per person per night when using existing beds. Each suite has a maximum number of occupancy based on existing available beds. Smoking - Our hotel is a smoke free establishment.
