Tyn Y Fron which means “house at the bottom of the hill/mountain” in Welsh, is a magnificent stone property set in its own grounds of nearly an acre within the beautiful Snowdonia National Park.

We offer affordable luxury 5* accommodation with every attention to detail, a friendly service and a relaxed atmosphere.

Tyn Y Fron is centrally located for the many attractions that Snowdonia has to offer be it the ZipWorld attractions, climbing Snowdon, Go Below, castles and beautiful. There is something for everyone.

After a busy day you can return to a haven of luxury and soak up the fantastic mountain and valley views and enjoy a wander round our beautiful gardens.

Tyn Y Fron luxury Bed and Breakfast has 5 individually designed bedrooms. You can choose from our fabulous suites, romantic 4 poster or luxury guest rooms. All bedrooms are en-suite and with free WI FI.

Valley View Suite
T his is our ground floor suite, a very special and large room where the view will take your breath away. Enjoy the view from the huge picture window sitting in the large leather recliner chairs. We can serve your breakfast choice in your room so you can just laze and relax (we provide robes) or of course you are welcome to join other guests in the breakfast room..

No comfort has been spared with an enormous super king bed. Contemporary furniture adds to the wow factor of this room as does the fully tiled walk in ensuite shower room. This is a delightful room that exudes quality and comfort.

Mountain Sunset Suite
This large room at the front of the house definitely has the wow Factor with a leather Super King sleigh bed. Our guests constantly tell us this is the most comfy bed ever. Two leather reclining massage chairs add to your relaxation at the end of a busy day to drink in the beautiful view. The views of the valley and mountains are spectacular and as the name implies there are often wonderful sunsets. This room has an ensuite bathroom with electric shower over the bath/

Four Poster Room
Our romantic Four Poster bed is the focal point of this very special room.

The views of the Conwy Valley and the mountains of Snowdonia from this beautifully furnished double room are so exceptional that you will want to sleep with the curtains open. For your comfort there is an en-suite shower room.

Room One
A lovely comfortable room that has fantastic high ceilings and large window. It exudes tranquility the minute you enter. It is decorated in duck egg blue with chocolate & cream - very restful. It is quiet and peaceful room with the added delight of looking out on the little courtyard with the opportunity to observe the birds feeding

Enjoy the huge super-king bed or it can be configured with twin beds. There is a fabulous large en suite with walk in shower .

Room 2
A cosy room with character, with a double wooden bed and en-suite shower room. Sit in bed drinking a cup of early morning tea with the sun streaming in the window and enjoy the views of Garmon mountain and the garden with the blue bell wood. This is our smaller room and so offers guests a choice of a very economic stay and yet the setting of Tyn Y Fron. A really delightful and peaceful room.
