A warm friendly welcome awaits you at this family run, cosy and characterful guesthouse.

We have 8 en-suite bedrooms, most with river view and all well appointed and decorated in keeping with the character of the farmhouse.
All rooms have the usual en-suite facilities including Flat Screen TV with Freeview, clock radio, hospitality tray, free wired Broadband connection, hairdryer.

All rooms have free WiFi internet access.

We welcome well behaved, small/medium sized dogs in certain rooms, and they can keep you company in our residents' lounge before and after dinner. Our own friendly, chilled out dog 'Frodo', a Border Terrier cross will make them welcome.

Our residents' lounge, with it's log burner, wooden beams, honesty bar and Chesterfields, is cosy and warm in winter and refreshingly cool in summer.

Relax and chat, serve yourself a drink from the honesty bar, study the tourist information that is available and plan your activities while you wait for dinner served in the Inglenook Restaurant. Our menu is all home cooked and prepared by Angela, offering 2 or 3 courses and accompanied by our small but selective wine list, which includes wines from the local vineyard which overlooks the guesthouse. After dinner, relax over coffee in the residents' lounge or take a stroll through the adjacent churchyard of St. Michaels, into open country side, along the River Wye.

A hearty Welsh breakfast will send you on your way for the day. (Choose from a selection of cereals, juices, fruit and of course traditional cooked breakfast, including vegetarian options.

The guesthouse is ideally situated with main road links to many tourist attractions in the area, which include historical sites, castles, Roman Camp, adventure activities, Chepstow castle and racecourse, Dewstow Gardens, numerous golf courses and fishing to name just a few. We are also only a short drive to the M48 which links to major towns and cities, Cardiff, Bristol, Bath are all within a short drive.
