The Spinaker Tower is a must, to see the view over Portsmouth and the surrounding areas. Large shopping centre - Portsmouth Ferry service to France and Isle of Wight. The Naval Heritage is easy to reach with HMS Victory as just one of the attractions.

Chichester for shopping, with the quaint and unusual shops. Not to mention the Chichester Festival Theatre.

Southampton is a large and interesting shopping centre. Also with ferry service to France and Isle of Wight.

Not too far is The New Forest - great area for picnics and popular with bird watchers.

Hayling Island is known as the countryside by the sea, with lovely coastal walks, along the track of the old Hayling Billy steam train.
Also a great area for bird watchers.

Very convenient for Hayling Island Sailing Club and Hayling Golf Club. Great for those taking part in events at HISC, with the pool table to use when the weather is too windy for the sailing! Triple room popular for parents and youngsters taking part in the competitions.

Great for family groups with extra double sofa bed in lounge. Groups of 7/8 are possible. With a 'fridge and microwave for the guests use in the dining room.
