Always a warm welcome. Home from home, and only 1 minute from Hayling beach. Full breakfast is provided and I have ironing and washing facilities if required. Out door hanging space available for yachtsmen. TV and Tea and coffee making facilities are provided in all rooms. There is parking on the premises for 3 cars and/or boats. Accommodation available is one double room, a twin room and a treble room. Terms available on request.
