We offer B&B accommodation in a countryside location in the heart of Lincolnshire, with a fantastic view of historic South Kyme tower opposite. The pretty village on the Kyme Eau boasts its own 18 hole golf course and pub/restaurant. Our bed and breakfast is in a quiet rural setting and our new rooms have king-size beds and en-suite bath with separate shower. Guests have their own private entrance and use of the large gardens.

A B&B run by a lady proprietor, close to Boston Town Centre. kitchen and laundry facilities available for guests to use. Off road parking and a alarmed garage for motorcycles and cycles. we offer lots of extra facilities that you do not normally find with a B&B. we are very flexible and find that guests are always made to feel welcome. Prices include a full English breakfast but will cater for all dietary needs if made of at the time of booking.
